I believe therapy should be accessible, not just for those with financial privilege. That’s why I offer a sliding scale model based on your financial situation.
I don’t ask for proof of income. I trust you to choose the rate that’s right for you, based on your current reality.
If you choose a lower rate when you can truly afford more, it limits access for those who genuinely need financial flexibility. This model honors the time, labor, and livelihood of therapists like me who are trying to support ourselves and cover basic expenses.
Together, we can build a model of care rooted in trust, equity, and mutual respect.
*This model is only applied to 50-minute individual counseling. Family/couples and extended therapy sessions are fixed rates.
This model is based on Alexis J. Cunningfolk’s “The Sliding Scale: A Tool of Economic Justice (aka The Green Bottle Method)”.

Extended Sessions & Intensives
-
In-Depth Exploration
Extended sessions offer the time needed to dive deep into complex emotions, experiences, and patterns that may not be fully addressed in a standard session.
This longer format allows for uninterrupted focus, creating a space to thoroughly process and understand deeply rooted issues.
Faster Healing & Progress
With more time, you can often achieve more rapid emotional breakthroughs and work through difficult topics without feeling rushed.
Extended therapy can lead to quicker healing when addressing trauma, anxiety, or unresolved emotional wounds.
Deeper Emotional Work
Longer sessions provide a safer space for processing complex emotions such as grief, anger, or fear that require time to be fully expressed.
By staying in the emotional work for longer periods, you can uncover layers of insight that can be missed in shorter sessions.
-
Ideal for Busy Professionals & Couples in Crisis: Perfect for busy individuals or couples in crisis who need focused, accelerated healing.
Expedited Healing: Extended sessions allow for a more intensive, focused approach, helping you make progress faster than traditional weekly therapy.
Cost-Effective in the Long Run: Although the upfront cost may be higher, intensives can reduce the total therapy time needed, making it a more cost-efficient option over time.
Immersive & Focused: For those seeking a deeper, more immersive experience, extended sessions offer the opportunity for meaningful, lasting change in a shorter amount of time.
-
Each intensive is uniquely designed to fit your needs, allowing you to process trauma, navigate life transitions, and create lasting change in a highly personalized and efficient way.
To find the right fit for you, I offer a free consultation to discuss your goals and customize a plan. Packages start at $1,100, including a 1-hour intake session, a 3-hour intensive, and a 1-hour post-intensive follow-up. More information on intensives can be found on the FAQS page.

I’m ready for lasting change
Starting therapy can feel scary, and that’s completely okay. It takes courage to step into the unknown and face what’s been weighing on you. Know that you don’t have to have all the answers or the right words—just showing up is enough. This is a space where you are seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Growth isn’t about perfection; it’s about allowing yourself to be real, to heal, and to move forward at your own pace. You are not alone in this—I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
