Meet Caitlin
Hi, I'm Caitlin (she/her) Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (#MC61670597)
I provide therapy for Gen Z and young adults across Washington who want more than quick fixes. My approach is relational, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and culturally-sensitive — whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity, family dynamics, or trying to finally break the cycle in your relationships. I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, identity exploration, and the unique stressors that come with being part of a generation that’s both hyper-connected and deeply isolated.
In our work together, you’ll find a space where you can be fully yourself—no masks, no judgment. Therapy with me isn’t rigid or prescriptive. It includes deep listening, humor, and a warm, grounded presence. It’s a conversation—a place to be heard, feel safe, and seen.
Let’s slow it down, sort it out, and help you feel embodied and empowered.
You’re trying to hold it all together—but inside, it feels like too much. You might be crushing your to-do list, but secretly spiraling. Or maybe your situationships leave you wondering, “Is it me? Or are relationships just this hard?”

Life changes can bring anxiety, grief, confusion, or a sense of being “stuck.”
Whether it’s career burnout, moving cities, becoming a parent, or ending a relationship, transitions can shake your sense of identity.
We’ll work together to process your emotions, clarify your values, and cultivate confidence during uncertain times.

Trauma can show up as hypervigilance, shame, dissociation, self-doubt, chronic stress, or difficulty trusting others.
You may not even name it as trauma—just that something still lingers, keeps you small, or holds you back.
Therapy provides a space to slowly untangle and process these experiences with care, so you can reconnect to yourself and move forward with strength.

*For WA State residents from the ages of 18-30*
A 5-week healing space for Asian young adults to explore the lasting impact of emotionally immature parenting. Together, we’ll unpack cultural and generational dynamics with compassion and clarity, while making space for your own emotional exploration. Each session blends reflection, psychoeducation, and community support. Come as you are. Leave with insight, language, and tools to support your ongoing healing.
