The questions you ask today can lead to the answers that shape your tomorrow.

Curiosity is the catalyst for change—allowing yourself to ask, explore, and embrace the unknown.

  • If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure about who you are or where you're going, therapy can help you sort through the noise. You don’t need to have it “bad enough” to deserve support.

  • Step 1: Take some time to explore my website and watch a few videos to get a sense of who I am and how I work. Please note that I am a private pay provider and currently offer telehealth sessions Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
Step 2: If you have questions or would like to see if we’re a good fit, feel free to schedule a free 30-minute consultation. If you're ready to begin, you’re also welcome to book your first session directly.
Step 3: Complete the intake paperwork before our first session. If it’s not submitted in time, the session will be canceled and can be rescheduled once forms are received.
Step 4: Start your therapy journey from the comfort of your own space through online sessions.

  • I choose to operate as a private pay therapist to provide the highest quality of care and flexibility for my clients. Insurance can often limit what we’re able to explore in therapy—dictating session length, frequency, diagnosis requirements, and treatment focus. By working outside of those constraints, we have the freedom to tailor your therapy to your unique goals and needs.

Private pay also reflects a mutual commitment to the therapeutic process. Just as I am fully dedicated to showing up for you with presence, care, and intention, I ask that my clients bring that same level of commitment to their healing journey.

Additionally, this model allows me to keep a smaller caseload, reduce administrative burden, and invest more time and energy into each client’s care—offering a more personalized, attentive, and sustainable experience.

I can provide a Superbill for possible reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.

In order to get reimbursed through your out-of-network (OON) benefits, insurance companies require a diagnosis of a mental health disorder (like Generalized Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, etc.). This diagnosis becomes part of your permanent health record.

If you prefer not to have a diagnosis on your record—or if you’re seeking therapy for growth, healing, or support without a clinical label—your sessions won’t be covered by insurance.

I intentionally work outside of the insurance model because I don’t believe in pathologizing people for simply being human. Many of the challenges we face are natural responses to stress, trauma, or systemic harm—not evidence of personal "disorder."

This approach allows us to work together in a more whole, respectful, and flexible way—centered on your needs, not your paperwork.

If affordability is a concern, I’m happy to discuss options such as therapy intensives or referrals that may be a better fit.

  • Yes! I offer limited sliding scale rates ranging from $60–$150 for BIPOC individuals, based on income and financial need. This is part of my commitment to making therapy more accessible and reducing systemic barriers to care. If you are able to pay the full fee, that ensures equitable care for others at a reduced fee.

  • No—I welcome and work with individuals from all backgrounds. While I specialize in serving young adults and the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community, my work is rooted in the belief that every person, regardless of race or background, carries a unique story.

I approach each client with cultural humility, curiosity, openness, and respect. I am honored to support those seeking healing, growth, and connection.

  • In therapy, you can expect a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs, whether you're working through trauma, navigating identity, managing stress, or seeking personal growth. My approach is collaborative—together, we’ll explore your goals, identify patterns, and develop strategies for healing and change.

Therapy is a process, and it’s normal to feel a mix of emotions along the way. Expect to experience both challenges and breakthroughs as we work together toward greater understanding and fulfillment. You’ll be supported every step of the way, and we’ll adjust the pace as needed to ensure the therapy works for you.

Ultimately, therapy is about building awareness, gaining tools for lasting change, and creating a deeper connection with yourself and others.

  • Yes. Everything you share is kept private, with a few legal exceptions related to safety (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). We’ll go over these in your first session.

  • A therapy intensive is a deep, focused experience—think of it as a few months’ worth of therapy condensed into one powerful session. Weekly therapy is a steady unfolding, intensives allow for concentrated healing in a short time. You have more space to go deep without watching the clock—ideal for processing trauma, shifting long-held beliefs, or making meaningful life changes.

  • Choosing the right therapist is a deeply personal decision, and it’s important to find someone you feel comfortable with and who aligns with your needs and goals. Here are some factors to consider when choosing a therapist:

    1. Approach & Specialization: Therapists often have different approaches and specialties. It’s helpful to consider whether their approach (such as relational therapy, trauma-informed care, or cognitive behavioral therapy) resonates with what you’re seeking.

    2. Comfort & Connection: Feeling heard, understood, and respected by your therapist is key to a successful therapeutic relationship. Trust your instincts and make sure you feel safe and comfortable in your sessions.

    3. Consistency & Commitment: Therapy takes time, and it’s important to be consistent in your attendance and fully commit to the process. It’s normal to feel uncertain or vulnerable in the beginning, but with time and effort, you should start to feel more comfortable.

An initial consultation is suggested to see if we align. If we choose to move forward, after three sessions, I will check in with you to see how the experience is going. If we both agree that the therapeutic relationship is a good fit and you’d like to continue, we’ll move forward together. If not, I will gladly provide referrals and resources to help you find a therapist who may be a better match for your needs.

Ultimately, the most important thing is that you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout your healing journey.
