Trauma Therapist in Seattle

Childhood Trauma | Complex Trauma | Intergenerational Trauma | Racial Trauma

The weight of past experiences doesn't have to define your present. As a trauma therapist in Seattle, I work with Gen Z and young adults who are ready to heal from childhood trauma, relational wounds, and the deep patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Through psychodynamic therapy and trauma-informed care, we'll explore what's beneath the surface—so you can finally feel safe in your own body and mind.

Why Psychodynamic Therapy for Trauma?

Asian American Therapist in Seattle | Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

Unlike short-term approaches that focus only on symptoms, psychodynamic therapy helps you understand the root causes of your pain. This depth work is especially powerful for:

  • Complex or childhood trauma that has shaped your identity

  • Intergenerational patterns you want to break

  • Relational wounds that keep showing up in your life

  • Deep-seated beliefs about yourself that feel impossible to shake

As a trauma therapist in Seattle specializing in psychodynamic approaches, I'm here to walk with you through the layers—not just manage what's on the surface.

I'm Ready for Lasting Change

Starting trauma counseling in Seattle can feel vulnerable, and that's completely okay. It takes courage to step into the unknown and face what's been weighing on you. Know that you don't have to have all the answers or the right words—just showing up is enough.

This is a space where you are seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Healing from childhood trauma or complex trauma isn't about perfection; it's about allowing yourself to be real, to feel, and to move forward at your own pace.

You are not alone in this—I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
