Meet Caitlin

Asian American Therapist in Seattle | Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

Hi, I'm Caitlin (she/her) — License #MC61670597

I provide online therapy for Gen Z & Millennials across Washington who want more than quick fixes. As a Vietnamese American therapist, I understand the unique intersection of cultural expectations, generational trauma, and identity formation that AAPI and BIPOC young adults face.

My approach is relational and psychodynamic, rooted in an attachment and somatic lens. I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, identity exploration, and the unique stressors that come with being part of a generation that's both hyper-connected and deeply isolated.

In our work together, you'll find a space where you can be fully yourself—no masks, no judgment. Therapy with me isn't rigid or prescriptive. It includes deep listening, humor, and a warm, grounded presence. It's a conversation—a place to be heard, feel safe, and seen.

Let's slow it down, sort it out, and help you feel embodied and empowered.

I’m ready for lasting change

Starting therapy means choosing to invest in yourself. It means acknowledging that you don't have to have all the answers (or be right)—just showing up is enough. This is a space where you are seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Growth isn't about perfection, it's about allowing yourself to rest, to heal, and to move forward at your own pace—in the direction that feels truest to you—no more simply taking it one day at a time.
